		<description>Troy, I agree with your concerns and especially the additional question. FYI, the &quot;rough interview questions&quot; are not all used. It is simply to give people an idea of what we are looking for. 

In the interview I did last night, it was more like a direct examination at trial, with open-ended questions and follow-ups, not necessarily following the script. That is the way I intend it to be done and will make sure that my daughter understands. Again, your last question is the bull&#039;s-eye. Thank you for your input.

I think this is the question that will produce the most snipits that we will use in the video.
