We used to talk about a lot of exciting ideas that popped in our minds and had a lot of fun doing so. However, it was difficult to keep track of everything we were trying to do and follow up on things. With the OPBP and Joel's help, we have become so much more incredibly focused. The OPBP has become our agenda for each of our monthly conference calls. The OPBP forces us to prioritize and not leave in the dust are most important objectives. It really is a lot of fun and very rewarding. I recommend it to anyone in business or even those working with nonprofits.
