Possible Partnership Between the Marriott School and the BYU Management Society

As a followup to my comments on a possible partnership between the BYU Management Society and the Marriott School, I noticed that people are making comments on our blog (see below or click here) and I don’t see any mechanism for converting those “leads” into either members or prospective new chapters. I wonder if this might be a project that a Marriott School student could be given to help us and give them a “real world” experience in doing what they are studying in school.
This particular example came to my attention because I am working with an internet marketing firm, “Hubspot,” with my law firm and although I don’t necessarily have time to apply my meager knowledge to the BYUMS, a Hubspot article, “Strong Call to Action – Convert Website Visitors into Leads,” demonstrates at least one way we might improve our website/blog as a marketing tool.
Hubspot has many other articles and resources that could help us that are free and online. However, if we could convince the Marriott School faculty to use such projects as ways to help their students apply what they are learning in a real world setting, I think we could move the Management Society forward in a big way and benefit students as well. I open this up for discussion, if there is any interest.
